Refund Policy – Hyperscala Cloud Services LLP
At Hyperscala Cloud Services LLP, we strive to provide the best service to our clients and maintain a customer-centric approach. We understand that there may be circumstances requiring the cancellation of services, and we aim to accommodate such requests within reasonable limits. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Service Cancellation Requests:
Cancellations will be considered if a request is made within 7 days of agreeing to the scope of services or submitting your requirements. However, if any work or service implementation has already commenced, including consultations or system configurations, cancellations may not be honored.
Project Initiation:
Once a project has been initiated and tasks have been communicated to vendors, partners, or any third-party service providers, cancellation may not be possible. We encourage clients to notify us as soon as possible if they wish to make changes or cancel the engagement.
Non-Cancellable Services:
Services such as custom cloud infrastructure deployments, consultations that have been conducted, or any work already performed cannot be canceled or refunded. Hyperscala focuses on providing quality services, and resources once allocated cannot be reverted.
Refunds for Service Issues:
In the event you believe the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon quality or expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 15 days of service delivery. After reviewing the issue, our team will decide on the appropriate course of action, which may include adjustments to the service or a partial refund.
Damaged or Defective Deliverables:
If you receive deliverables (such as reports, system configurations, or software) that are defective or do not align with your project specifications, please report this to our Customer Service team within 15 days. After validation, we will either replace the deliverable or provide an appropriate resolution.
Refund Processing Time:
If a refund is approved, please allow 6–8 business days for the refund to be processed. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
